DESCRIPTION:The Garrett County Job Fair -- a partnership of Garrett College\, the Western Maryland Consortium\, Allegany County One-Stop Job Center (serving Garrett and Allegany counties)\, All Ad Media\, and 104.5KHJ\, 92Q\, &1050 AM WMSG --  is designed to connect EMPLOYERS with JOB SEEKERS. The jobs that may be discussed include Fill-time\, Seasonal\, Part-time\, Immediate\, Summer\, and Future Hires. \n\n\n\nJOB SEEKERS - If you are currently seeking employment or just wanting to explore what opportunities may be available to you in the future\, please plan to attend the GC Job Fair!  Open to all community members\, prepare in advance to make a great impression\, register on site\, resources to help you prepare for the Job Fair in advance available through Garrett College. \n\n\n\nEMPLOYERS - If you are currently hiring and/or planning to hire in the next several months\, please plan on attending the GC Job Fair. Space is limited\, registration includes display space\, inclusion in pre-fair advertising\, and refreshments. Register online or download a printable form. \n\n\n\nThis event will be opened to the entire Garrett County Community\, including college students\, high school students\, entry-level candidates\, and experienced candidates. A variety of advertising methods will be employed to ensure reaching as many Job Seekers as possible with news of the fair. Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes. The 2015 Job Fair attracted 59 area employers and over 300 job seekers!!
