DESCRIPTION:Guitarist Dan Baker will perform live\, at Smoke N Mirrors Gallery and Studio.  The Reception will begin at 6:00 pm with two sets in a concert style seating environment.  Event tickets can be purchased on-line and include a seat reservation\, two beverage tickets and appetizers will be served as well. \n\n\n\nDan Baker is a  Guitarist and based in Southwestern Pennsylvania.  Dan is a native of Washington PA and began playing the guitar as a teenager.  During High School Dan performed his first paid gig at the age of 15\, as well as performing at the Capital Theater in Wheeling WV\, the Mellon Jazz Festival in Pittsburgh PA and toured France and England. After High School Dan attended and earned a BFA in Jazz Performance from the New School University in New York City.  During his time in New York City Dan had the privilege to study and perform with many great musicians in the New York and New Jersey area and performed at the JVC Jazz Festival and at many clubs\, restaurants\, and special events.  Following Graduation from the New School Dan attended Graduate School at New York University and continued  performing around the New York City area. Dan returned to his native Washington PA in 2001.  Since this time Dan has performed regularly at clubs\, restaurants\, festivals\, weddings\, private parties and special events in the tristate area.
