SUMMARY:Dinner on the Farm - Season Opener
DESCRIPTION:Each summer we host a series of outdoor dinners here at Wildom Farm.\n\n\n\nGuests gather at a long communal table set out in the pasture for a multi-course meal built almost entirely from ingredients grown and raised in our region. All of the meat\, fat\, and stock used throughout the dinner comes from animals raised here on the farm. The vegetables\, fruit\, cheese\, grains\, honey\, and more are sourced from other local and regenerative farms.\n\n\n\nThe menus are created around what is available and abundant at that exact moment in the season\, which means they often aren't finalized until just a few days before the dinner.\n\n\n\nThese dinners are slow\, communal\, and meant to feel connected to the place they're happening. Expect multiple courses\, stories throughout the evening\, and a meal that reflects both the season and the way we raise food here.\n\n	- Seating is communal. Expect to dine alongside fellow guests in an intimate and welcoming setting\n	- Dress accordingly. The dinner takes place outdoors in the pasture\, so plan for weather and terrain\n	- Dietary restrictions. We can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free requests\, but we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.\n\nThe first dinner of the season is intentionally a little different.\n\n\n\nThis night is more relaxed\, a little more casual\, and designed as a way to gather before summer fully kicks off. Think big shared platters\, family-style courses\, and a slightly shorter evening.\n\n\n\nThree courses with a lower ticket price. Same ingredients and same approach to cooking and sourcing.\n\n\n\nA good option for locals\, first-timers\, or anyone who wants to experience the dinners in a simpler format.
