Charged with power\, grace and body-mind conditioning\, this workshop\, titled Body Beloved begins June 24th\, at Brenda's Body Shop in Oakland and is open to anyone interested in holistic movement\, fitness\, health and wellbeing. You are invited to take a 4 week introductory workshop that takes an inside look\, discovering the way your body is designed to move that  supports function for life-long wellness.\n\n\n\nThis is somatic education so bring your favorite journal\, wear something easy to move in and bring an open heart.
