DESCRIPTION:The Regional Leadership Series was developed by the Greater Cumberland Committee (TGCC) in cooperation with Allegany College of Maryland\, Frostburg State University\, Garrett College\, and Potomac State College of WVU. ?The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Leadership Team? will be instructed by Jeannette Rudy-Fitzwater. The introductory session is aimed at helping individuals and organizations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team\, in the most approachable\, competent and effective way possible. Following a brief lunch\, participants will hear from a representative of Deep Creek 2014. This year\, as an added bonus\, Todd Copley\, Executive Director of Deep Creek 2014\, will share how positive leadership and great coordination is integral in bringing an event such as the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships to Garrett County.
