Come enjoy a 60 minute Gentle Stretch Yoga Session with Sheri Kosh of Beach to Peak Yoga. Bring your own mat or towel. This is a slow, yoga perfect for beginners or those just wanting to stretch and enjoy outside yoga in nature. Class starts right at 9 am. so arrive early.
