Join us for the March 16 Business Before Hours when we host Brady Bates, Director, Strategy, for Jump Associates to discuss Creating a Post-COVID Business Plan. Most businesses have had to shift and adapt their business models due to the pandemic’s safety protocols and restrictions. But what happens when the pandemic is over? How should businesses plan for moving forward? Will they need to adapt their business model again? Brady will provide insight on how to answer these questions, including discussing people’s behaviors post-pandemic, to help businesses prepare their post-COVID business plans.
Brady brings together rigorous bottom-line focus and bold creativity to help his clients thrive in uncertain times. He recently co-authored an article on “Creating a Post-COVID Business Plan” that appeared in Harvard Business Review. Brady’s experience has included supporting the U.S. government in establishing innovation practices for farmers across the country and envisioned the future of finance for a $70 billion banking institution. Prior to Jump, Brady was an analyst in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice.
Jump Associates is a future-focused strategy and innovation firm. They help leaders figure out what’s next by helping them solve their most ambiguous problems and develop strategies for growth in times of change.
