The Ruth Enlow Library is hosting the second in a series of "Choose Civility" discussions. Community members are invited to share their responses to the question "What is Garrett County?" in a respectful, nonpartisan atmosphere.
Questions will include "Why do you live here? What makes it difficult? Are there 'real' Garrett County people? What are the big divides in this area?"
