As many of you already know Glen Hardesty, from Working H Meats has been diagnosed with Bile Duct cancer and is undergoing treatment. He and his family will incur high doctor/treatment bills over the next months and we as a community would like to stand with them in support! We decided to have a fundraiser dinner/corn and hole tournament August 28, for them to show our support and raise money to help with expenses. The event will be at The Red Barn at 456 Springs Rd, Grantsville, MD. Corn hole starts at 4:00 and is $10 per person. Dinner, pig roast/corn roast, starts at 6:00 and is $20 Adult, $10 Child under 10. Along with this we will have a Silent Auction during the event and live Bluegrass Music! We are hoping for 200 people but will keep you informed as the count comes in. To sign up to volunteer/donate just reply to only me (not the whole group) and add your name next to the list of the item/service you which to help with.
