Garrett Institute for Lifelong Learning (GILL) sessions are FREE to all GILL members, but members are encouraged to register. Classes are available to GILL members. To become a member of GILL, contact Continuing Education and Workforce Development at Garrett College at 301-387-3069. Enjoy a guided tour of the 29 classrooms that were built to represent the ?golden age? of the nations and the ethnic groups that lived and worked in our region. Also included will be a guided tour of the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens where participants will observe plant collections, art installations, and water features: sustainable practices. Participants will meet at Garrett College at 7 a.m. and are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes. Individuals can also drive themselves and meet the group at Pittsburgh. The trip is coordinated by Lisa Davis and Ann Stuck.
