•WHY: A new moon is a time of new beginnings. It is a time to create your visions + dreams, while setting new intentions + goals. A new cycle brings focus and awareness of new dreams, ideas, and positive intentions. Cleanse yourself + release anything that does not serve you anymore. This is a time of cleansing, releasing, and letting go, in order to move into your new beginnings, dreams + transformative intentions.
When we come together as a group of women, not only are our intentions magnified + new found friendships are formed, but your body naturally releases oxytocin-feel good chemicals #itsscience ????
•WHAT//WHAT TO EXPECT: A 60 minute fluid yoga class (EMANATE), followed by intention setting+ journaling, releasing, sound healing + group Reiki, and some extra special goodness ??
•What is EMANATE?
EMANATE:

to flow out or proceed, as from
a source or origin.
EMANATE is a slow flowing yoga movement class with focus on fluidity, balance, stretching + lengthening, breath, and stabilizing strength. A truly unique movement experience, we will be connecting our yoga asanas with fluid movements in every plane of motion. We work through four movement patterns- full, partial, and small range of motion, as well as isometric holds. Breath centered, chakra grounding and opening, and balance focused. As always, class is set to a carefully curated playlist. Come ready to move outside of your comfort zone and sweat a little.
