Licensed Green Belt Nia Teacher Shelley Argabrite, presents the highly acclaimed fusion-fitness called, Nia. Charged with power, grace and body-mind conditioning, this workshop, titled Body Beloved begins June 27th at the CARC in McHenry and is open to anyone interested in holistic movement, fitness, health and wellbeing. You are invited to take a 4 week introductory workshop that takes an inside look, discovering the way your body is designed to move that supports function for life-long wellness.
This is somatic education so bring your favorite journal, wear something easy to move in and bring an open heart. Be prepared for a low impact cardiovascular workout infused with knowledge that changes the way you move, look and feel.
