Seasonally Curated Cheese Tasting & Pairing Experiences

FireFly Farms Creamery & Market hosts their fall & winter season's tasting & pairing options. The host will provide guests with valuable information on the sensory aspects of cheese tasting and pairing - from aroma to taste, and the balancing of the five essential taste elements: the sour, the salty, the sweet, the bitter, and the savory (or umami).

The pairing experiences include:

"The FireFly Farms Pairing" - Not familiar with our line of cheeses? Fret not, this pairing will acquaint you with our award-winning line of delicious goat cheeses. Participants may choose their favorite.

"Ain't-Got-No-Blues Pairing" - Are you a cheese lover, but not as keen on blue cheese? Then, this option is right up your alley!  Participants may choose from among select FireFly Farms goat's milk cheeses as well as a hand-picked group of America's best cow's milk and sheep's milk cheeses.

"The Grand Cheese Tour Pairing" - Haven't encountered a cheese you don't like? Then this option is right up your alley! Participants may choose from among select FireFly Farms goat milk cheeses and a hand-picked group of America's best cow's milk and sheep's milk cheeses, including an impressive set of award-winning blues.
 

Each pairing will include a two-ounce serving of cheese accompanied by a two-ounce serving of wine. Other delectable treats, selected from the FireFly Farms Creamery & Market, will include an offering of crackers or fresh bread, membrillo, charcuterie, olives and chilled bottled water. Each pairing guest will also receive a 10% discount coupon on all in-store items purchased on the day of their reservation. Each pairing experience may be customized by selecting wine pairings or beer pairings. Non-alcoholic pairings are available upon request.

Reservations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance and are subject to availablity.
