Koghan - “Gha” Refers to the 9 energy zones of the body. “Koghan” refers to the process or mechanics of generating that energy through the body.
Objectives: By the end of the session the students will be able to
• identify and activate the three critical areas along the spine responsible for structural integrity.
• demonstrate how to generate energy through the body with proper alignment and breath utilizing those three zones through a series of postures.
