The Studio - Charcuterie - How To Make A Festive Fourth of July Grazing Board!

Just in time for your holiday picnic... join Lois as she teaches you the ins and outs of the latest foodie craze! From a classic meat and cheese platter to a healthy fruit and veggie centerpiece to a sweet candy board, she will discuss all things charcuterie while making a demonstration board for class attendees to sample throughout the evening.
 

Attendees will take home all the necessities to build their very own festive Fourth of July Candy Charcuterie Board including a bamboo board, dip bowls and utensils as well as festive candies, popcorn and dips from the extensive line of fun foods found at our sister store - A Mountain Fix. Class attendees will also be given a discount coupon good for the purchase of additional food products from A Mountain Fix
 

* A 14" x 7" board (suggested for a single attendee) - a $70 value for $62 per person.

* An 18" x 12" board for sharing with another attendee or for making a board for a larger group - an $85 value for $75 per one/two people.
 

This class will include refreshments including meats, cheeses, dips, crackers, candy and other items. Please be aware of potential food allergies and make decisions accordingly.
 

Class Notes: In order to facilitate a healthy classroom for this activity, family and friends will be seated together in groups. Paper face masks and gloves will be provided if requested. Please secure long hair during Lois' demo. This class is recommended for adults and children above 6 years old with adult supervision and assistance.
 

About The Studio: Guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. Bottled water, Western Maryland Lemonade and some snacks will be available for purchase. Guests are permitted to bring their own adult beverages. We encourage you to visit our neighbors for snacks and beverages.
