GCC's 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat!!!! Trick or Treating for kids 12 and under! Haunted House, Halloween Games, Contests, DJ & MUCH MORE!! Food & Refreshments For Sale. All individuals/businesses/organizations that plan on bringing a decorated car to distribute candy, must arrive by 11:00 a.m. to set up. Please donate a can good or a gently used coat for admission.All proceeds to benefit Garrett Mentors. Canned goods and coats are being donated to Garrett County Community Action and GCC's 3rd Annual Coat Drive.
