Wildom Brunch & Beef Butchery Demo by John Blewitt & Jared White

206 Alder has partnered with Wildom Farm and butchers John Blewitt & Jared White to bring you this intimate afternoon bovine celebration. 

First we eat! Brunch prepared by the Wildom team & butchers. The multi-course meal will feature unique cuts and preparations of our 100% grassfed beef accompanied by seasonal & locally sourced veg. *Please reach out for dietary restrictions* 

After brunch guests will watch a live butchery demonstration by John and Jared where they will break down a forequarter of a beef. During the demo guests will learn where different cuts come from, best preparations and cooking methods, and other tips! Feel free to ask questions and call dibs on beef as it's being cut. This is a rare and unique opportunity to buy our beef fresh. *This is a hands-off butchery demo*

206 Alder will have wine, beer, and specialty cocktails for purchase during the event.
