This two hour candy class is packed with information and fun for everyone. Wilton Instructor, Bonnie Goebel, will discuss how to melt and store chocolate candies as well as the use and care of candy molds. She will demonstrate how to make molded and dipped chocolates, including chocolate covered cherries, peanut butter cups, painted suckers and packaging of candy varieties. Participants will learn how to make barks with the various crunches and other goodie ideas for any upcoming holiday. After the demonstration, students will make their own candy to take home along with the recipes.
