Join us Wednesdays for a Gentle Yoga class, while enjoying the beautiful serene view of Herrington Manor Lake. Learn a few Reflexology techniques as an added bonus! Classes are led by Tina Cimino Dick, Certified Yoga Teacher & Reflexologist. We meet on the lawn, lake side at the boat ramp area. Beginner friendly, no experience is needed.
