**PLEASE NOTE** Starting Saturday, May 23, 2026, visitors to Swallow Falls State Park will need an advance day-use reservation from 8 am - 4 pm on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day weekend – Labor Day from the Maryland State Parks System.
Reservations can be made online at parkdayuse.maryland.gov. If you run into any problems when reserving, you can email customerservice.dnr@maryland.gov or view the Maryland State Parks Service FAQ at parkdayuse.maryland.gov/maryland/faq.
