We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Interior Design Assistant & Retail Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design work and client interaction in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist lead designer(s) with residential interior design projects of varying scope

Help maintain an inviting, organized, and visually appealing retail environment

Assist with project organization, scheduling, and communication

Help prepare for installations and client presentations

Provide excellent customer service in both retail and design settings

Learn and support the design process from concept through completion

Qualifications

Interest in interior design, home furnishings, or related field

Basic computer skills (design software experience is a plus but not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local appointments preferred
Education or coursework in interior design, business, retail, or a related field is helpful but not required.
