Retreat participants enjoy full private accommodation on our scenic 65-acre farm, all-inclusive healthful meals, personal and group fitness training, a cooking demo, wellness coaching, nutrition education, and a take-home exercise and wellness plan. Additional activities, including hiking, snowshoeing, massage, organic gardening and equine therapy, may be available seasonally or by request.
